I am Kitti Angyal, an RTT Practitioner and Certified Hypnotherapist specialising in sleep-related subconscious patterns. I founded LifeShift on the belief that deep inner work flourishes through human empathy. While apps can offer tools, they cannot truly hear the nuances of your story or hold space for what you are experiencing. I work with adults who feel exhausted but struggle to switch off, experience racing thoughts at bedtime, or wake during the night with an active mind. Every session is rooted in active listening, safety, and collaboration, with a personalised hypnosis recording created to support the changes we begin together.

Yes. We meet in a secure, private digital space for your comfort.

What is the total time commitment?

The main session is about two hours. You then dedicate a few moments daily to your personal audio for three weeks to see real change.

Is this a substitute for clinical care?

No. Hypnotherapy is a gentle support system and does not replace the advice or treatment of medical doctors, psychiatrists, or emergency clinicians.
